Demeter Engineering Ltd.was established in 2006 for yachts’,passenger boats’ and various type of duty crafts’ design,building and project consultancy works by Bircan Çalık and Soner Yılmazer in Tuzla –İstanbul.

We pleased to state that more than 30 design,building and engineering projects were accomplished from the beginning of the company.

The philosophy of the company during establishment was achieving the quality, customer satisfaction and difference during a new design and building in Turkish yacht and commercial boats market.

Additionally,it is believed that continuity is the most important way for improvement and having permanent products .So,Demeter Ltd.is suffering labor with close care for having long term brand and improvement day by day.
